Mark Wednesday, October 14, beginning at 11:30 a.m. at AATC’s office on your calendar and planning on join your fellow rental property owners for the kick-off of the 2009-2010 IROC program year. This month’s meeting will feature lunch and our guest speaker will be Dennis Henson, President of Vanguard Marketing and Investments.



Dennis will present “The 5 M’s of Successful Real Estate Investing.”

Dennis has owned and operated investment property for more than 38 years. His passion is investing in real estate, helping people find and purchase new property, and working with real estate investors.
