Introduction
Happy New Year all! I joined this group wanting to learn about buying and investing in real estate by teaming with professionals knowledgeble about the industry. Thank you for providing this vehichle!
What is your motivation for investing in real estate?
I am eagerly interested in developing a series of skills necessary to live a life where I can both become my own boss - and yet - be able to give back to the community a sense of appreciation for that success.
Why real estate as a vehicle?
Why NOT real estate? I have heard that real estate is ALWAYS a "good" buy. I understand that there are a several facets to the industry, and that nearly everyone can carve a niche in the industry if indeed they apply the correct techniques.
Have you a plan with written goals to achieve your objectives?
I am currently working on my 2009 New Year goals. I am particularly interested in learning how to buy properties at reduced prices.
How long have you been investing in real estate and are you happy with your results?
I have no previous experience in investing in real estate. (It's been a wish; I have taken a few courses in acquiring properties). I am currently taking an evening course in how to purchase reduced-priced properties.
