Welcome to the Skagit-Island Real Estate Networking (SIREN) Group! We are a group of local investors focused on all aspects of real estate investing, including but not limited to; selling, buying, short sales, foreclosures, lease options, landlording, rehabs, abandoned properties, flips, wholesaling, and assignments. Our group includes experienced investors, wanna-bes, and everything in-between. We bring like minded people together to share information pertaining to all aspects of real estate investing. We also provide a featured speaker at all of our meeting to help further educate our members. We meet at the "new" Burlington Library, located at 820 E. Washington, on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6PM. Membership to our group is not required to attend our meetings, but we feel once you do, you will be compelled to join. There is no cost for our membership or meetings. However a true desire to network, along with a positive attitude, is required. We also welcome and encourage membership from King, Snohomish, and Whatcom Counties. Meetings start at 6 with an informal social / networking hour, and the speaker starts promptly at 7.
