The New Year is starting out very positively in the Real Esate world, I think buyers/sellers have held off as long as they could and are ready to get back into it again. Interest rates keep dropping, and there is a lot of well-priced inventory (and some very amazing deals!) to choose from. John, its nice to be welcomed to the group--thanks again!! :) Anne ”
