Welcome to all.
The meeting has been running for a number of months now. There are some regular attendees plus new people at each meeting. As many of you know this group as absorbed the members of another London based property meetup group so we continue to grow.
For the next 2 or 3 meetings we will be discussing strategies that are focused on the changing market conditions. Using bonds do minimize deposits on new build purchases, looking for motivated or distressed sellers, gross yield opportunities over 10% and lender liquidity as it impacts you and I.
Each month we also take questions from anyone attending so if there is something specific you want to know about just ask.
