I am a newbie investor (wholesaler) would like to network and meet seasoned investors, along with building my buyers list.
What real estate investing goals have you set for yourself?
The goals that I have set for myself is putting at least 5-10 hrs in a week building my real estate business, and contacts.
What are your expectations of this meet up group?
My expectations of this meet up group is for me to meet people, and share ideas to make money. Also so learn commercial real estate as well.
Which real estate strategies are you most interested in?
More wholesaling, and commercial.
How long have you been investing?
I have been a real estate entreprenuer for 2-3 years.
What is your real estate investing experience?
My real estate investing experience is being a land lord and locating properties. The wholesaling is something that I am still learning because the market is continuously changing, and I am still working on building my buyers list (still a newbie).
