Introduction: Hello Everyone! I am a commercial and residential real estate agent. I can work any size deal with every level of investor. I am looking to connect with private money lenders, investors, and those interested in joint ventures. I love real estate!
What real estate investing goals have you set for yourself?: I am currently a commercial and residential real estate agent. I primarily work with investors. I am looking to expand and create a commercial real estate investinging club. I want to educate and network as much as possible!
What are your expectations of this meet up group?: My expectations are for this group to be COMMITED to learning and growth. I would like to see everyone expand their idea of what is possible and purchase property both residential and commercial.
Which real estate strategies are you most interested in?: I am interested in all creative real estate investing strategies. I am also interested in Development and Construction. I am also VERY interested in partnering and forming joint ventures with people.
How long have you been investing?: I have been investing for over 5 years. I work with people who are experts as well as beginners. Everyone can benefit from this group no matter their exeperience level.
What is your real estate investing experience?: I am an investor, an agent, this group organizer and soon to be construction developer.

We're 20 minutes away from Sav, GA and 25 minutes away from Hilton Head. The ink has just dried on an agreement to build a Jasper county port so now Hardeeville is in the spotlight.
