This event the topic of discussion will be Creative Financing and Guest Speakers will be Mark Hopkins and David Hopkins. They will be speaking about types of mortgages and strategies for investors.
Using OPM (other people's money),
Acquisition finance,
seller finance, etc.
They will also touch on using your Heloc and long-term financing. This is going to be a class that you won't want to miss. Hope to see everyone there!
