6:30-7:00pm: Presentation - THE KEY: How to Determine the Highest & Best Use for a Deal. Learn techniques that will change your prospective so that you can identify the changes that need to be made to a property that will give you a huge maximum profit (instead of a meager return).

7:00-7:30pm: Round Table - Are you working on something and need a contractor, appraisal, or another key person? Want to share your successes? We will also be presenting cash flow properties/high CAP rate properties and our current projects.

7:30-7:45pm: Creative Financial Tools - Seller Finance, Terms, Business Lines of Credit.

7:45-??: Answer questions, network
