Introduction: I have just bought the book "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" by Dean Graziosi. I am looking to surround my self with like minded people for support and for knowledge.
What is your motivation for getting into real estate investing? You know...what's your dream?: Since I was young I watch my parents suffer with money problems and never understood why. I believe if one where to make it a goal to be wealthy they would but few are brave enough to try.
Are you interested in multiple streams of income?: Very much so!
What is your current level of real estate investing?: I understand that you buy at a less than market value and either flip it or rent the property so that it will cash flow then sell it. You flip in a up market or rent it out in a down market till it goes up. Marketing is key!
