The Bliss Real Estate Group's mission is to provide real estate investors with a solid network of service providers and resources. This enables each investor to collaborate with others or work individually in building a real estate portfolio or "flipping" business. Whether you are trying to understand how so many people are "making great money" by buying "distressed" properties and "flipping" them, or where in the Triangle Area market these opportunities are arising, our resources and contacts can get you started. The market IS shifting. In some ways it's a SELLERS market, in some ways it's a BUYERS market. Any market is an INVESTOR'S market. There are always opportunities, but when is a good time to take on the risk? Can you minimize your risk with a partnership? Or would you rather go it alone? Let our group help you find which way is best for you. We have over 90 Years combined experience in the Triangle Real Estate Market. We'll assist you with contractors, sub-contractors, architects, construction, home repair, remodeling, construction loans, investment loans, insurance, property management and any related real estate related service.
