i am forming small investment groups to purchase prime real estate in the temecula-murrieta and surrounding areas. we will be buying bank owned property and renting them out until the market conditions are ripe for selling. some properties are at 50% of the fair market value. we do the property management. the investor does not have to deal directly with tenants. even small investors with $5000 can join the group. once the market rebounds these same properties can be sold for profit.
