If you are interested in learning more about investing in PA please join us January 17th. The bus will be leaving from our office located at The Smylie Times Building at 9:00 AM. Okay, you have attended the meeting. You spoke to the people and saw photos of the properties. Now it's time for the real deal! Hands on down and dirty, Philly style.
We are going to take you to view properties in their As-Is condition and recently rehabbed properties, including student rentals. You will have the opportunity to view all types and styles of rehabs. Minor rehab - no problem, we got! So, so work needed - no problem, we got! Full blown gut rehab - no problem, we got! You'll have the jump start on everyone else. You have the chance to bid on properties that no one else has had a chance to view. Stay tune for more info to come!!!
