It's no secret that Real Estate has made and will make Millionaires out of regular people. But contrary to what many people may think...it takes savvy and discipline to do it without exposing yourself to a fair amount of risk. Over the past 11 years of investing I have grown my net worth by almost 2 million! I have done it one cautious step at a time. My expertise is in Real Estate and Mortgages and I want to share the strategies that have worked for me. We will also discuss buying Short Sales and Foreclosures as possible options. There are no books, cds or anything being sold. The meetings will be educational. I'm hoping it will also be an open forum for anyone to share real estate investing ideas. Anyone who invests is always learning and we need to share ideas. We can also plan on getting 1st hand accounts of how investments that start from these meetings progress. It might be good for some beginning investors to observe the process and see how you get from A to Z.
